While She spins her pattern, weaving in the threads of everyone, the Bear sleeps, and time marches on, counting minutes, hours, years, and epochs.
The threads shift. Some run out, and new ones are taken up. Some snap right at the beginning; others travel through the rows, leaving a prominent trace. Bright and pale. Soft and coarse. Fluffy, thick, thin. Diverse.
Woven together, they form a cohesive pattern with visible accents, color harmonies, and textural support.
And then, the canvas is complete. The knitting needles are set aside; the Norn, together with her daughters and the Bear, sets off on a journey in search of new meaningful yarn.
And time, meanwhile, transforms.
